Steamatic Canada donates 1 235 $ to the Canadian Red Cross for the Montérégie flood victims
On May 12th, Steamatic Canada's administration had launched a web-based fund raising campaign on both its Facebook Fanpage and its website. For every Steamatic Facebook fan, the fire and water damage cleanup specialists committed themselves to donate 1 Dollar to the Canadian Red Cross to help out the Montérégie flood victims.
Mr. Alexandre Ashby, General Manager at Steamatic Canada, was very proud to send the Canadian Red Cross an amount of 1235.00 $ last monday, after recognizing the participation of 1232 Steamatic fans on the company's fanpage. Mr. Ashby says he is satisfied that Steamatic Canada could help out the flood victims with this fund raising operation.
Steamatic Canada's staff would like to thank every participants of the web-based fund raising operation, which was a new experience for the company.
Furthermore, Steamatic Canada would like to wish good luck and courage to every flood victims in Montérégie, many of them still needing help even 3 months after the disaster.
