Steamatic Durham/GTA is located in Ajax, where we have 2 locations. We are owned and operated by Tim Small and assisted by Mike Small with combined years of experience of almost 50 years in the construction industry.

Here at Steamatic Durham/GTA we pride ourselves on our team of professional and highly motivated individuals. We are currently operating with 2 licensed carpenters, 10 carpenter's helpers, carpet & duct cleaners and 3 office staff.

The Owners

Tim Small

President

Tim Small began his construction career in the early 80's. Straight out of high school, Tim began custom home building in the Caledon area. Tim became a provincially licensed carpenter/journeyman in 1991. Soon after, he began working in the insurance restoration industry. Over the next 19 years, Tim worked for some of the busiest restoration companies in Southern Ontario. Realizing that sub-contracting for these companies would never really allow him to build his own reputation; he decided to buy into an existing network- Steamatic of Canada
